Requirements and Skills
- Experience: Proven track record in strategizing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Sector Expertise: Preferable background in B2C / D2C marketing agency / in-house.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Canva, and modern SEO/Lead Gen methodologies.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional proficiency in English with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable translating relevant data sets into actionable business decisions and expansion opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Execution: Develop, evaluate, and optimize integrated strategies for creative development, digital campaigns, brand communications, and lead generation.
- Stakeholder Management: Vet and manage external agencies and stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand goals across influencer marketing, performance marketing, and creative production.
- Budget & Goal Management: Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing budgets. You will be responsible for setting, monitoring, and reporting on team KPIs.
- Brand Positioning: Ensure a cohesive brand voice and identity across all touchpoints, including digital campaigns, web pages, events, in-center branding, and promotional collateral.
- Data Analytics & SEO: Utilize tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot to track performance. Apply SEO techniques and online advertising strategies to drive high-quality lead generation.
- Market Intelligence: Identify shifts in customer behavior to tap into new market segments. Closely monitor competitor developments, including pricing shifts, acquisitions, and new feature launches.
- Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the Sales department to synchronize efforts, boost brand awareness, and increase lead conversion rates.
- Planning: Take an active seat at the table during quarterly and annual planning sessions for company-wide objectives.
