About this role
Job Purpose:
The Service Field Executive will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting technical equipment, including solar pumps (USPC and VFD). The role ensures high-quality service delivery, manages field operations, coordinates with dealers and sales teams, and provides training to field teams to maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Service & Maintenance:
- Conduct field visits to resolve complaints and provide emergency services.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment.
- Service solar pumps (USPC, VFD) and other technical equipment efficiently.
Team Management & Training:
- Provide training to field teams for smooth service operations.
- Establish service centers and appoint new field technicians.
- Conduct monthly audits of service centers to ensure compliance and performance.
Customer & Dealer Coordination:
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Resolve industrial complaints and coordinate with dealers and industrial customers to support sales.
- Work closely with sales and service teams for smooth execution of projects.
· Inventory & Documentation:
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools.
- Maintain documentation such as service reports and material management records.
Skills & Qualification:
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Relevant technical field
- Prior experience in service, maintenance, or technical support, preferably in solar pumps or industrial equipment
- Knowledge of solar pumps (USPC, VFD) and related systems
- Ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment efficiently
- Familiarity with installation and commissioning processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to train and manage field teams
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability
- Willingness to travel frequently
