As a Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, you will lead the monthly and annual financial planning processes for Target’s Middle Mile Transportation and Headquarters Managed Field (HQMF) businesses, including Long-Range Planning, Goal, Forecast, and Actuals. This role will partner with a broad set of stakeholders across Target and requires strong financial acumen, analytical rigor, and the ability to navigate a dynamic and highly cross-functional business. A successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to synthesize complex information, develop compelling financial recommendations, influence decisions through strong partnerships, and balance strategic thinking with disciplined execution of core FP&A responsibilities.
About you:
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location (Tues, Wed, & Thurs) the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
