As Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you’ll be part of that work from end to end. You’ll take business needs and turn them into thoughtful technical solutions, working across the frontend, backend services, APIs, databases, and cloud environments. We’re looking for someone who can see the bigger picture, ask the right questions, and make sound engineering decisions along the way.
You’ll work closely with product, architecture, and engineering partners to design and build reliable enterprise applications while keeping performance, security, maintainability, and scale in mind. Just as importantly, you’ll help raise the bar for the team sharing what you know, mentoring other engineers, improving how we build and operate software, and helping us make better technical decisions over time.
What You Will Do
Partner closely with Product Management to shape and guide cross-functional architecture decisions, ensuring technical direction stays aligned with product priorities and business needs.
Independently writes high quality, maintainable, and robust code by building adequate test suits and observability framework.
Guides application and software development team in the design and build of complex solutions and ensure teams are aligned with the architecture blueprint, standards, and strategies.
Participates and mentor other engineers in software development technologies and processes by creating onboarding documents, root cause analysis, key learnings, demos, and share-out sessions.
Automates and simplifies team development, tests, and operations processes for efficiency of delivering the work.
Evaluates modern software, tools, and technologies to provide objective analysis and recommendations to the team.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems (CIS), or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
5 years of experience in software development or a related field
4 years of experience in any of following competencies: frontend technologies (user interface/user experience), middleware (microservices and application programming interfaces), database technologies, or DevOps
4 years of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (SDLC) through iterative agile development
Preferred Skills/Education
Experience building full-stack applications across user-facing experiences, backend services, APIs, integrations, and data-driven workflows.
Strong proficiency across modern frontend and backend development, with experience working in multiple backend languages such as Go, Python, Java, and Node.js. Python experience is strongly preferred.
Deep experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript, including building scalable, responsive, and production-ready web applications.
Experience designing and building highly scalable microservices, APIs, and distributed systems, with a strong understanding of service-oriented architectures and integration patterns.
Experience developing and supporting production applications, including data integrations, performance considerations, reliability, and end-to-end system ownership.
