Sr. Instock Manager Consumables, MX Consumables

Mexico City, MexicoOn-siteFull-timeSenior · 10+ yearsH1B likely

About this role

The Sr. Instock Manager owns the end-to-end inventory strategy, operational performance, and supply chain optimization for a category portfolio within Amazon Mexico Consumables. The role operates with significant autonomy and discretion — the strategy may not be defined, and the specialist uses expertise and judgment to determine the right goals, design long-term solutions, and deliver independently.

Key job responsibilities
Key functions include:
1. Define and own the annual instock strategic and operational plan for the category, including availability targets (SoROOS), cost-to-serve goals, inventory turns, and inventory health metrics
2. Lead CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) strategy at the category level — owning monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecast alignment across the vendor portfolio and ensuring buying input parameters are optimized across all accounts
3. Audit and optimize complex forecasting, IPC, and Supply Chain systems to ensure performance within goal/control limits; create long-term category solutions that automate or simplify replenishment and ordering processes
4. Identify, manage, and execute multiple medium-to-large supply chain programs that are cross-functional and involve external partners — from CTS roadmap execution to placement optimization to vendor operational performance improvements
