Role Overview
The Brand Experience team (BX) is seeking full-time Senior Managers in both New York City and Chicago. In this role, you will get to work across multiple diverse industries with several clients: sports, entertainment, hospitality, fashion, beauty, wellness and CPG.

As the Senior Manager on Brand Experience, your responsibilities will include:
Support senior Brand Experience team (SVP and Directors) in day-to-day event production and execution, acting as a core team member across planning, pre-production, on-site execution, and wrap
Manage project logistics and vendor coordination: sourcing rentals, scenic, uniforms, catering, shipping, storage, COIs, etc.
Contribute to internal and client-facing materials such as building creative decks, project summaries, agendas, production books, and training manuals
Collaborate cross-functionally with Account, Creative, PM and Strategy teams to align production logistics with project vision
Organize and maintain all project workstreams. This includes developing organized drive folders, production schedules, vendor setup and payment, budgets, expense tracking, and post-event reconciliations
Coordinate critical event logistics: travel, staffing needs, crew meals, and on-site logistics to ensure seamless execution
Ability to travel for work and actively be onsite for events, typically traveling about 1 week a month, including some weeknights or weekends
Capacity to lift heavy items (up to 30 lbs)
Understand and apply industry trends and insights to improve overall strategic approach and thinking for client work
Assess KPIs and create recap reports
Qualifications
Must have 3+ years of significant experience working in experiential marketing, field marketing or event production.
Must have prior agency experience – ideally at a medium-large size experiential agency
Be an incredibly creative individual who is able to provide smart and strategic recommendations to the team and to clients
Must possess superior communication skills. You are someone who loves spreadsheets and creating efficient processes, with a sharp eye for being detail-oriented.
Have a passion for the event marketing industry and an overall understanding of the public relations field.
Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in marketing, communications and/or advertising.
We work in a hybrid environment. This role is required to work out of the NYC or Chicago office Tuesday-Thursday when not onsite for events
$60,000 - $80,000 per year

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
