Sr. Manager Customer & Commercial Insights

Position Summary: The Senior Customer & Commercial Insights Manager serves as a key strategic advisor for the Sales team by transforming market, customer, and consumer data into actionable commercial insights and compelling customer-facing stories. This role will serve as the bridge between data, and customer engagement to help drive commercial strategy, enabling stronger go-to-market execution, supporting consumer led innovation, and improving promotional and trade investment effectiveness. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability with commercial storytelling skills and experience within CPG food categories, preferably in refrigerated, frozen, or protein segments.
