Sr.Manager / Manager - Oracle Cloud Technical (HCM&ERP)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM expert to lead and oversee our Oracle HCM implementation and support projects. The ideal candidate must possess a robust technical background in Oracle HCM Cloud applications, coupled with proven project management skills. They should be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This role requires both technical leadership and hands-on involvement in the implementation process. Requirements 8-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM & ERP Cloud implementations. At least 10/12 end-to-end Oracle implementation experience. Worked in Fast formulas in OTL, Absence, and Payroll modules. Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Services (OIC) and REST-based APIs. Knowledge of PaaS Extensions (VBCS, PCS, etc.) Deep understanding of data and delivered integrations/ reports using HCM extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI. Done data migrations using HDL (HCM data loader) also understanding of the other tools like HSDL. Lead 5 to 10-member teams and has done project delivery and planning. Manage project risks in terms of resources, timelines, and quality. Encouraging and motivating the team to be focused on delivery and boost their energy with moral support and demonstrate work together culture. Work with leadership in RFPs in document analysis, planning, technical estimation, and resource planning.
