Your Impact
The Sr. Manager – Digital Commerce will play a critical leadership role in defining and executing the strategy to create an exceptional post-purchase experience for Lowe’s Marketplace customers.
This leader will be responsible for identifying the biggest opportunities across the post-purchase customer journey and translating customer insights, operational data, and business performance into a clear strategy and actionable roadmap. The role will focus on improving key customer outcomes including speed of delivery, likelihood to recommend, delivery reliability, and the elimination of defects and friction throughout the post-purchase journey.
Success in this role requires a leader who can operate effectively in a highly cross-functional environment and influence without direct authority. The Sr. Manager will partner across Marketplace, Product & Technology, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, Operations, Analytics, and other enterprise teams to align stakeholders around priorities and drive strategic initiatives from insight through execution.
This individual will be a key member of the Marketplace Seller Experience leadership team and will have significant exposure to senior executives. The ideal candidate combines deep analytical thinking with strong business judgment, intellectual curiosity, bias for action, and exceptional executive communication. You must be equally comfortable diving deep into data to uncover the root cause of a customer problem and stepping back to tell a compelling story that mobilizes leaders around a solution.
