Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Build and strengthen relationships with independent advisors and RIAs.
• Proactively identify sales opportunities and support advisor practice growth.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan.
• Deliver compelling product positioning and market insights across equity, fixed income, alternatives, and portfolio solutions.
• Coordinate advisor meetings, follow-up, and business development activities to maximize sales effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal partners to provide an exceptional client experience.
Qualifications
• Proven success in asset management sales, wholesaling, or advisor relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, capital markets, and advisor business models.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or ability to obtain) preferred

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $100,000 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role. We also have a competitive and comprehensive benefits program that supports all aspects of your health and well-being, including but not limited to vacation time, sick time, 401(k), and health, dental and life insurances.
