Role Overview
We are looking for a highly responsible Full Stack Engineer with 3+ years of experience who can own features end-to-end across both the frontend and backend, communicate effectively with clients, and work in a process-driven delivery environment.
This role requires someone who can adapt to AI-driven development practices and leverage modern tools to improve productivity and solution quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable full stack applications using modern frontend frameworks (React / Vue / Angular) and a Node.js backend (Express / NestJS)
- Design, develop, and document RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
- Model and work with databases (SQL such as PostgreSQL / MySQL, and NoSQL such as MongoDB)
- Convert Figma / UI designs into responsive, production-ready interfaces
- Implement authentication, authorization, and secure data handling
- Work directly with clients to understand requirements and provide technical solutions
- Take ownership from requirement understanding through to deployment
- Follow strict delivery processes (standups, updates, timelines, documentation)
- Collaborate with QA, product, and design teams
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and user experience
- Leverage AI tools to improve development efficiency, debugging, and code quality
Required Skills
- Strong in JavaScript (and ideally TypeScript), HTML, and CSS
- Hands-on experience with at least one frontend framework: React / Vue / Angular
- Backend development with Node.js (Express / NestJS)
- Designing and integrating REST / GraphQL APIs, plus solid async programming
- Working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
- Good understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)
- Git and version control
- Familiarity with deployment, CI/CD, and cloud basics (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a plus
- Strong debugging and analytical skills
AI & Modern Development Expectations
- Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor)
- Ability to use AI for code generation and optimization, debugging and issue resolution, and building reusable components faster
- Basic understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI APIs (OpenAI and similar)
- Ability to integrate AI features into applications (chat interfaces, prompt handling, AI-driven endpoints)
- A mindset to adapt to AI-first development workflows
Note: We are not looking for deep AI engineers here — but adaptability to AI-driven ways of working is mandatory.
