Position title: Sr. WorkForce Software (WFS) Specialist Experience:3+ Years Location: Bangalore Notice period : Immediate- 15 Days Skills set : WorkForce Software ,WorkForce Software Certifications: PT102, PT120, PT125. , SQL or Oracle experience,data queries, troubleshooting, reports, and validation. ,WFS Scripts ,policy profiles, policy sets, pay codes, exceptions, complex premiums rules & TCP, banks, accruals, holidays, labor distribution, Key Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and support WorkForce Software (WFS) Time & Attendance. Translate business requirements into WFS configurations (pay rules, schedules, accruals, policies). Perform system testing, validation, upgrades, and release support. Develop and troubleshoot WFS scripts, integrations, and reports. Create functional documentation and train end users. Identify process improvements and automation opportunities. Required Skills 3–5+ years of hands-on WorkForce Software (WFS) experience. Mandatory Certifications: PT102, PT120, PT125. Strong knowledge of SQL/Oracle and WFS scripting. Expertise in Time & Attendance, Pay Codes, Policy Profiles, Accruals, Work Rules, Schedules, Labor Distribution, and Payroll Integration. Experience with APIs, SFTP, and flat-file integrations. Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Preferred Skills Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HRIS, or UKG. Experience in multi-country WFS implementations or unionized environments.
