Job Description:

We are building a team to extend MPS automotive products from power to connectivity. This position will be a highly visible role and will be the leader of our Automotive sub-line.


Job Responsibilities:

  • work with design and application team to define the next generation automotive network ICs.

  • discuss with customer on feature sets, influence them on latest architect in system and application level.

  • participate in standards community

  • build necessary infrastructure and guide AE, FAE and Marketing team for testing, supporting, and promotion


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher. In-depth understanding of the core features of automotive network and its block level implementation. Specifically, knowledge in A2B audio bus, 10Base-T1s and/or 100Base-T1 in automotive application.

  • Designed or defined the A2B audio bus, 10Base-T1s and/or 100Base-T1 in automotive application. Familiar with automotive EMI/EMC/ESD needs for such ICs.

  • Possess logical analysis and problem-solving capabilities, capable of breaking down requirements from a systemic perspective and delivering implementation plans;

  • Excellent cross-team collaboration skills, capable of efficiently coordinating with R&D and sales teams to drive technology implementation.

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The base salary range for this position in California is $120,000 - $180,000.
