Statewide Roofing - Roof Repair Technician

About our client
Statewide Roofing is looking for Roof Repair Technicians to join our skilled and hardworking team. In this hands-on role, you’ll help deliver timely, high-quality emergency roof repairs and routine maintenance while working closely with our customers and Lead Technicians. If you’re dependable, eager to learn, and enjoy working outdoors with your hands, this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to emergency and scheduled maintenance calls.
  • Support Lead Technicians with on-site roof repairs and inspections.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and teammates.
  • Learn to perform cleaning, inspections, and repairs on all roof types (tile, shingle, single-ply, built-up, etc.).
  • Assist with documentation using tablet-based service software.
  • Provide additional support with general roofing labor, yard duties, and other tasks as needed.

What You Bring:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3–5 years of general work experience (roofing a plus!).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record.
  • Willingness to learn roofing practices and safety protocols.
  • Ability to use or learn tools like drills, blowers, and saws.
  • Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong team spirit.
  • Tech-savvy or able to learn mobile/tablet apps for job documentation.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Work Conditions:

  • Full-time availability (40 hours/week) with potential overtime.
  • On-call availability for emergency and weekend work.
  • Physically demanding work in all weather conditions.
  • Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and climb ladders up to 40 ft.
  • Comfortable working at heights and traveling throughout the North Bay
