Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong background in gathering and analyzing requirements, creating detailed documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
- Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and provide project updates.
- Perform data analysis and create reports to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users to ensure effective utilization of implemented solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and process flow diagrams.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools is a plus.
