You'll join a newly formed, high-impact product team focused on shaping Nordea's future investing experience. The team owns the investing journey, helping customers discover, choose, and invest through intuitive and engaging digital experiences. Our mission is to make investing simpler, more accessible, and more engaging for millions of customers across the Nordics. Working in an agile and international environment, you'll collaborate closely with business, design, and technology colleagues to build the next generation of Nordea's digital savings and investment platform.

 

The location will be Stockholm.

 

What you’ll be doing: 

• As a Product Owner, you will be part of shaping the future of digital investing at Nordea, creating products and experiences that help millions of customers across the Nordics save, invest, and build solid saving habits. 

 

Main responsibilities in this role:

• Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for the digital investing journeys  
• Use customer insights and data to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement, from discovery to launch  
• Define product goals and translate strategy into tangible customer value 
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and feasibility  
• Act as the bridge between business, tech, and users, to shape the future of Nordea's digital investing experience 
• Guide and align a cross-functional team (engineering, UX, business) to deliver excellent customer experiences

Your background and skills include:

• A passion for creating great customer experiences and translating customer needs into product value  
• The ability to connect business goals, customer insights, and technology to drive impactful business outcomes  
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships, align stakeholders and influence decisions across business, technology, and design
• Several years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Developer, or similar role  
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex initiatives from idea to delivery   
• Fluent in English, a Nordic language is a plus

 

It would be ideal if you also:

• Have experience designing and improving digital customer journeys 
• Understand how customer insights, experimentation, and data can be used to drive engagement and customer value 
• Are passionate about investing and personal finance, and excited about helping more people invest with confidence 
• Have experience working with digital banking, savings, wealth management, or investing platforms
