Your mission
- 브랜드 가치 전달: 팀원 및 고객과의 소통 속에서 On의 가치와 브랜드 철학을 지속적으로 공유하고 실천합니다.
- 고객 경험 최적화: 고객의 니즈를 세심하게 경청하고 적합한 제품과 솔루션을 제안하여, 기대를 뛰어넘는 기억에 남는 경험을 제공합니다.
- 제품 및 브랜드 전문성 강화: 제품의 기술적 정보뿐만 아니라 On의 글로벌 활동과 주요 프로젝트(예: 지속가능성 활동, 선수 스토리 등)를 지속적으로 학습하며, 브랜드에 대한 깊이 있는 이해를 갖춥니다.
- 더 나은 매장 환경 조성: 고객과 팀 모두에게 더 나은 매장 경험을 제공할 수 있도록, 운영 개선을 위한 피드백과 아이디어를 적극적으로 제안합니다.
- VMD 관리: 프리미엄 매장 경험을 제공할 수 있도록 비주얼 머천다이징(VM) 기준과 매장 컨디션을 유지합니다.
- 재고 관리 지원: 재고 입출고, 제품 보충, POS 등 일상적인 매장 운영 업무에 책임감 있게 참여합니다.
- 기타 업무: 원활한 매장 운영을 위해 필요한 기타 업무를 수행합니다.

- 리테일 또는 고객을 직접 대면하는 서비스 분야의 경험이 있는 분을 우대합니다.
- 러닝, 스포츠, 패션 및 라이프스타일 분야에 관심과 애정이 있는 분
- 고객과 동료의 이야기에 귀 기울이고, 명확하고 진정성 있게 소통할 수 있는 분
- 밝고 따뜻한 태도로 고객을 맞이하며, 팀에 긍정적인 에너지를 더할 수 있는 분
- 새로운 지식과 업무를 빠르게 배우고, 변화하는 상황에 유연하게 대응할 수 있는 분
- 프리미엄 매장 컨디션과 비주얼 머천다이징(VM) 기준을 꾸준히 유지할 수 있는 분
- 신체적 요구 사항: 매장 근무 중 지속적인 이동과 대화, 청취, 손을 뻗거나 물건을 잡는 동작, 계단 이용 및 장시간 서 있는 업무가 포함됩니다. 상황에 따라 몸을 굽히거나 무릎을 꿇는 동작이 필요할 수 있습니다.
- 근무 조건: 주말, 공휴일 및 저녁 시간을 포함한 유연한 스케줄 근무가 가능한 분

In short
This is your opportunity to become a core part of On’s Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Store Retail team and commence the journey to bring On to Korea. On will rely on you to deliver exceptional customer service to each and every customer while embodying On’s core values and passion for movement.
Your mission
- Continuously embrace and communicate On's values and brand philosophy in team and customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and creating solutions by listening to their needs and improving engagement with our product
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product technical information and follow On’s global activities and projects (e.g. sustainability efforts, Athlete stories)
- Contribute feedback to store leadership to continuously improve store processes, customer engagement and team happiness
- Help maintain the visual standards in the store to deliver a premium experience
- Assist with inventory management and inbound / outbound product orders
- Other duties as needed
Your story
- Experience within a retail or customer facing work environment is a strong plus.
- A background in the Running, Fashion or Sports Industry is preferred but not required
- Strong communication, hospitality and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and work both independently and as part of a team
- Eye for maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Physical demands: This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, climbing stairs, and standing for consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, and crouching.

As you might expect from a young consumer brand, the DTC Retail team at On is a fast-paced place to be. Together with your store team and leadership as well as the global team, you will help to revolutionize conventional retail business and deliver the WOW to our customers on a daily basis. This team will work out of our brand new Seoul locations.
