As a key member of the store leadership team, you will be working alongside the Assistant and Store Manager, leading a talented group of Product Guides. You bring energy and purpose to every part of the store - guest experience, product, people, and operations. Passionate about the outdoors, you live the lifestyle and share it authentically.
