Store Supervisor

Job Summary Our Client, a Manufacturing Company, is looking for an experienced and dedicated Store Supervisor to manage the stores. In this role, his/her duties will include overseeing staff, and controlling the movement of stocks in the stores. To ensure success as a Store Supervisor, he/she should exhibit demonstrable managerial competency, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities; To lead the daily stores activities in RM/PM (Raw material/packing material) sections. To ensure on time GRN and issuance of materials as per customer’s requisition. To maintain all the stores related documents properly. To proper storage condition of RM/PM. To provide timely reports on stock management. To ensure on time unloading of the materials. To develop and maintain the storage / stacking norms To lead all the ISO related activities at stores To ensure the proper stock count. To monitor, plan and execute action plans to reduce RM/PM Slow and Obsolete materials. Requirements Minimum Graduate / Diploma, Store related program Should be comfortable in Verbal and Written Communication (English). Minimum 7 years of work experience in RM/PM Stores management in large organizations. Must have good understanding in Stores management processes – inward, issue of materials, stock keeping, cycle count etc. To follow strictly all the processes with integrity. Must be a team player.
