About this role

Our client from a logistics company is seeking a Store In-Charge is responsible for supporting effective inventory management, storage, issuance, and control of spare parts, fuel-related consumables, equipment, and operational materials for a fuel logistics fleet of over 200 vehicles. The role ensures uninterrupted operations across all shifts through accurate stock control and timely material support. Responsibilities receive, inspect, verify, and record all incoming stock items. Maintain accurate stock records using systems and/or manual registers. Issue spare parts and materials against approved requisitions only. Monitor stock levels and support timely replenishment to avoid shortages. Maintain and control store documentation including GRNs, issue slips, bin cards, and stock reports. Support workshop and operations teams during shift duties, including night shifts. Maintain records for tools, equipment, and issued items. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store area. Follow company procedures and inventory control standards at all times. Requirements Diploma or Certificate in Stores Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in a stores, inventory, or warehouse role (preferred). Basic computer literacy; knowledge of Excel or ERP systems is an added advantage.
