This varied responsible position reports directly into our Venue manager and will be responsible for ensuring that the business is always operating in an efficient way. Requirements Key responsibilities • Ensure the store performs to achieve current sales targets. • Minimize costs and maximise profit. • Plan resource in line with business needs across both stores • Supervise colleague performance, provide induction, feedback, coaching and counselling. • Communicate all targets and priorities with the team. • Complete promotions in a timely manner and in accordance with company standards • Supervise the induction of all new colleagues and validate training. • Transfer stock to other branches of the business and control inventory. • Liaise with senior management regarding marketing opportunities. • Deliver outstanding customer service and possess excellent product knowledge. • Operate the till accurately and efficiently to maintain stock integrity.
