Storyline Developer

We are seeking a skilled Content Developer /StoryLine Developer with strong experience in rapid eLearning development tools to design, build, and maintain engaging digital learning solutions. The role involves converting instructional content, storyboards, and source materials into interactive, learner-centric eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and related rapid development tools.

6-8 years of experience in Content Development, with a significant focus on the e-learning industry.

Develop interactive eLearning courses, assessments, and simulations using rapid development tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and related rapid development tools.

Proven knowledge of various Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, etc.

Translate storyboards, scripts, and design documents into functional, high-quality learning modules.

Apply instructional design principles to ensure content is engaging, effective, and learner-friendly.

In addtion working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and basic JavaScript for customization and troubleshooting would be plus.

Collaborate with instructional designers, graphic designers, media teams, and SMEs.

Incorporate feedback efficiently and manage multiple deliverables within defined timelines.

Strong hands-on experience in using rapid development tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and related rapid development tools.

Understanding of LMS integration, publishing standards, and course packaging.

Ability to follow storyboards, branding, and accessibility guidelines.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
