Strategic Communications Manager

As a Strategic Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing Vancity’s integrated communications strategy across both internal and external audiences. You will provide strategic counsel to senior leaders, support organizational transformation initiatives, manage issues and crisis communications, and ensure consistent, effective messaging across all channels. This role plays a critical part in enhancing employee engagement, protecting and strengthening Vancity’s reputation, and advancing strategic business objectives. We are seeking an experienced communications leader who excels at strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, executive advisory work, and managing complex communications initiatives.
