About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Growth Partner to join our Growth team. This role serves as a key support function in the recruitment and expansion efforts of SERHANT., ensuring a seamless process for attracting and onboarding top-tier real estate professionals.

As a Strategic Growth Partner, you will be the first point of contact for prospective agents, responsible for initiating outreach, scheduling recruitment meetings, handling administrative tasks, and driving engagement with potential candidates. You will work closely with Strategic Growth Managers and the VP of Growth to ensure the success of our expansion strategy, playing a critical role in the company’s continued growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Engagement & Outreach:
    • Conduct initial calls with potential real estate agents to assess interest and qualifications.
    • Proactively generate growth opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation.
    • Cold-call, text, and email prospective candidates in assigned markets to develop a robust talent pipeline.
    • Articulate SERHANT.’s value proposition and effectively handle objections to create qualified recruitment opportunities.
  • Scheduling & Coordination:
    • Schedule recruitment pitches for Strategic Growth Managers in current markets.
    • Coordinate meetings for the VP of Growth in expansion markets.
    • Manage follow-ups and touchpoints with candidates to keep them engaged in the recruitment process.
  • Administrative & CRM Management:
    • Serve as the first point of contact for all recruitment leads sent from our CEO.
    • Maintain and update records of all recruitment activities in our CRM.
    • Assist in managing administrative tasks within the Growth department as needed.
  • Collaboration & Strategy:
    • Work closely with Strategic Growth Managers and Team Leaders to develop and refine prospecting strategies.
    • Drive active engagement with new and existing leads through creative and strategic follow-up communications.
    • Support the department in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a sales, recruiting, or business development role
  • Real estate experience preferred.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with professionals at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • A passion for growth, networking, and creating opportunities.

Compensation

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.

The national base pay range for this position within the United States is $75,000.00 USD. This role is eligible to earn additional compensation through a commission-based incentive plan.

Benefits

Eligible employees may receive medical, dental and vision insurance; paid time off and paid holidays; retirement benefits; and other company-sponsored benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements and plan terms.

Your Location

This position is hybrid eligible for candidates based in Arizona or Nevada. The role may include occasional work at additional SERHANT. offices or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. Candidates must live within the United States.
