The Strategic Operations Analyst serves as a key member of the Global Strategic Operations PMO, supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives, operational excellence programs, transition governance, and organizational enablement across Global Occupier Services. The role is responsible for maintaining operational infrastructure, improving business processes, administering reporting and dashboards, coordinating onboarding and training programs, and driving adoption of standardized ways of working.

Working closely with PMO leadership, transition teams, platform leaders, technology teams, and account stakeholders, this role acts as the operational backbone that enables scalable delivery, consistent governance, and continuous improvement across global programs.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

PMO Operations & Governance

  • Coordinate strategic and operational initiatives across the PMO portfolio.
  • Maintain Manage lifecycle updates for PMO governance processes, standards, templates, and documentation.
  • Support project intake, tracking, reporting, and execution activities.
  • Administer PMO repositories, SharePoint sites, playbooks, and knowledge management resources.

Reporting, Analytics & Dashboard Management

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and operational reporting solutions.
  • Support leadership reporting by analyzing project, resource, utilization, and operational performance data.
  • Deliver recurring operational metrics and executive-level reporting packages.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort.
  • Support automation initiatives across Smartsheet, SharePoint, Power Platform, and related systems.
  • Document workflows, create process maps, and develop operational standards.
  • Support adoption of new technologies and digital enablement initiatives.

Cross-Functional Program Support

  • Partner with platform teams on strategic initiatives.
  • Support project coordination activities including status tracking, documentation management, meeting preparation, and action item follow-up.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of enterprise-wide resources and operational frameworks.
  • Coordinate delivery of strategic projects from concept through implementation and adoption.
  • Maintain visibility of strategic initiatives through regular internal communications.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

  • Power BI reporting and dashboard development
  • Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform)
  • Comfortable using AI-powered tools (e.g. MS CoPilot, Claude)
  • Smartsheet administration and automation
  • Data analysis and visualization
  • Process documentation and workflow design
  • Presentation development and storytelling
