We're looking for an Operations & Automation Analyst to join our Business Operations team in Brazil. This is not a pure execution role: you'll split your time between running the recurring operations and automating those same processes — working hands-on with AI and our internal tooling to redesign how the work gets done.
You'll sit close to everything that happens after a client is live. Much of this still runs on manual steps, spreadsheets, and human memory. Your job is to run it reliably — and then to make it so it doesn't need to be run manually again.
Priorities shift as the business does (new products, new markets, new partner requirements), so you'll need to connect the dots across multiple workstreams and adapt fast, without compromising the accuracy of the numbers. This role is built for someone early in their career who is organized, curious, and genuinely excited to build with AI tools rather than just use them.
Location: This role is based out of São Paulo, Brazil, and is a full-time position where it is required to come into our office at complexo JK Iguatemi (2-3 days/week). #LI-Hybrid
