Creative Edge, a vertical of Toprankers, focuses on mentoring students preparing for Design Entrance Examinations. Through personalized guidance, portfolio support, and strategic preparation, Creative Edge helps students secure admissions to leading design institutes while nurturing their creativity, confidence, and problem-solving abilities.
Job Description:
We are looking for an empathetic and motivated Student Mentor (Creative Edge) to guide aspirants preparing for Design Entrance Examinations.
The ideal candidate should be a graduate from a reputed design institute and possess a strong understanding of the design entrance preparation journey, admission process, portfolio development, and design school experience. Prior mentoring or teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one online mentoring sessions and regular follow-up calls with enrolled Design Entrance aspirants.
- Guide students on:
- Exam Preparation Strategy
- Time Management
- Stress Management
- Portfolio Development
- Study Planning & Accountability
- Design College Selection
- Admission & Counselling Process
- Analyze students' preparation progress and provide personalized action plans.
- Share student progress updates and actionable insights with parents/family through designated WhatsApp groups twice every month.
- Motivate students throughout their preparation journey and help them stay consistent until admissions.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Must be a graduate from a reputed design institute, preferably NID, NIFT, IIT (Design), UID, or any other design school.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Good understanding of Design Entrance Exam patterns, portfolio requirements, and the admission process.
- Passion for mentoring students and helping them achieve their academic and career goals.
