Job Summary

  • Participate in clinical research projects in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
  • Assist with participant recruitment, eligibility screening, and informed consent activities.
  • Coordinate and conduct study assessments and support data collection activities.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of research documentation and study records.
  • Provide guidance and support to research participants throughout the study.

Additional skills and qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to learn, understand, and apply complex clinical research protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate and complete research documentation and data records.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, screen, and interact professionally with research participants while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate participant schedules and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to establish rapport with participants and provide guidance and support throughout study participation.
  • Proficiency with data collection, record-keeping, and ensuring compliance with study protocols and deadlines.
