Superintendent – Supervisor – MEP

Role Summary: Responsible for overseeing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) operations on-site, ensuring project execution aligns with quality, safety, and timeline standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise MEP installation and maintenance activities Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues Conduct inspections and ensure quality control Required Skills: Strong knowledge of MEP systems Site supervision experience Problem-solving and coordination skills Understanding of safety regulations Communication and leadership skills Preferred Skills: GCC experience Project management exposure AutoCAD or relevant technical tools Experience Requirements: Minimum 5 years in MEP supervision Experience in large-scale construction projects preferred Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
