REQUERIMIENTOS DEL PUESTO
Escolaridad: Ingeniero industrial, mecánico, eléctrico, electrónico o bien bachillerato técnico con más experiencia (Titulo deseable).
Idioma: Inglés Técnico 25% (certificado deseable)
Experiencia: 5 años en puesto similar Mantenimiento en industria automotriz.
Conocimientos:
Supervisar, organizar, dirigir, controlar y optimizar los recursos técnicos y humanos a través del mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo de calidad, análisis y eliminación de fallas causa raíz
Competencias Conductuales:
•Trabajo en equipo
•Comunicación efectiva
Competencias Técnicas:
•Robótica, PLC´s, Hidráulica avanzada, Neumática, Electricidad y Control
•Soldadura, Cabinas y equipo de aplicación de Pintura (pistolas electrostáticas, prómix)
•Equipos servicios generales (calderas, compresores, equipos hidroneumática)
•Interpretación de diagramas hidráulicos, eléctricos, electrónicos.
•Casas de aire (CPAs), bombas de fosa de lodos y proceso de ósmosis inversa
Principales tareas y responsabilidades:
•Asegurar maquinaria y equipo en rango más alto de operación durante el turno a su cargo
•Administrar y dirigir al personal a su cargo para el óptimo uso de los recursos y habilidades
•Creación de listado de refacciones críticas de equipos
•Ejecutar programas Preventivos y Predictivos de Equipos y Maquinaria que lo requieran
•Asignar Ordenes de Mantenimiento Preventivo, Predictivo
•Supervisar personal Técnico que cumpla las actividades de manera eficiente
•Seguimiento y cierre de las Órdenes de Trabajo emitidas
•Seguimiento y corrección de fallas, Reportando y Especificando en cada falla las causas raíz que la ocasionaron, el modo de corrección y sugerencias para evitar la reincidencia.
•Generación de Información de fallas (Paretos de Equipos con más fallas, Fallas más repetitivas, Tiempo de las fallas, etc.) del Área Asignada, con el fin de poder tener información real y confiable al momento de hacer los análisis de las fallas
•Realizar análisis de fallas (mecánicas, hidráulicas, neumáticas, eléctricas y electrónicas) para identificación y eliminación de la causa raíz.
•Revisión de condiciones funcionamiento de los equipos y reporte de anormalidades.
•Proponer, diseñar e implementar mejoras a los equipos y para evitar fallas reincidentes
