Overall Job Responsibilities Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and annual F&B performance reports. Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior-year performance. Analyze outlet performance trends and provide insights to support operational decisions. Ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting across F&B outlets. Maintain proper documentation of analytical methodologies and reporting processes. Monitor revenue, covers, average check, menu mix, productivity, and profitability trends. Monitor food cost, beverage cost, labor productivity, and operational expenses. Partner with Cost Control, Procurement, Finance, and Operations to identify optimization opportunities. Support annual budget preparation and periodic forecasts; monitor actual performance against targets. Support Capital Expenditure budget preparation and purchasing processes for F&B. Create proforma and postmortem P&Ls for manufactured events and promotions. Assist in financial planning and business reviews. Coordinate reporting requirements across F&B outlets and departments. Recommend enhancements to reporting processes and analytical tools. Create term sheets and liaise with relevant departments for timely contract creation. Provide guidance to operations as required. Requirements Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required (VBA/Office Scripts preferred). Strong numerical and analytical skills required. Internships or academic project experience related to data analysis, finance, hospitality, or F&B operations preferred. Working understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting preferred. Experience working with large datasets and preparing management reports preferred.
