About the department:
Our Middle Office Client Services team supports trading, investment operations, and loan administration across complex financial instruments. Working closely with Traders, Portfolio Managers, Legal, Compliance, and external partners, the team ensures accurate settlements and strong operational controls. Team members gain exposure to sophisticated loan products, contribute to process improvements, and build valuable cross-functional relationships in a dynamic environment.
You will lead, coach, and develop bank loan operations team members.
You will oversee trade capture, allocations, and lifecycle events.
You will manage primary and secondary loan settlements.
You will resolve settlement exceptions and reconciliation breaks.
You will oversee corporate actions and loan restructuring activities.
You will maintain security master data accuracy and integrity.
You will oversee workflows across Aladdin, Wall Street Office, ClearPar, and related platforms.
You will coordinate testing, upgrades, conversions, and platform migrations.
You will ensure compliance with operational controls and audit requirements.
You will drive automation, efficiency, and process improvement initiatives.
You will lead team meetings and support management coverage.
Experience, Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of bank loan operations experience.
Previous people leadership or supervisory experience.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of syndicated loan operations and settlements.
Experience with reconciliations, corporate actions, and lifecycle events.
Familiarity with Aladdin, Wall Street Office (WSO), ClearPar, and similar platforms.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including macros.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Collaborative approach and attention to detail.
Work Shift Timings - 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST
