About this role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and manage production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints

  • Supervise and guide the production planning team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in planning processes

  • Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless operations

  • Monitor production performance and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and minimize delays

  • Analyze data related to production, inventory, and demand to identify trends and improvement opportunities

  • Ensure optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess inventory

  • Implement and maintain planning systems, tools, and best practices

  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity

  • Prepare reports and present key performance indicators (KPIs) to management

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain operations

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred

  • Strong understanding of production processes and capacity planning

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Intermediate English

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities

  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)

  • Advanced Excel or data analysis skills

  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
     

Working Conditions

  • Typically based in a manufacturing or production environment

  • May require occasional overtime or shift flexibility depending on production demands
