Job Description:

Job Purpose

Provide support to the Procurement and Central Negotiations department in supplier management, quotation analysis, and negotiation processes, contributing to cost optimization, on-time delivery performance, and the strengthening of business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement and sourcing policies.
  • Participate in supplier meetings to follow up on agreements and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate on cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.
  • Support the preparation of departmental reports and performance metrics.
  • Maintain and update supplier databases and related documentation.
  • Follow up on purchase orders and commitments agreed upon with suppliers.
  • Prepare comparative supplier analyses based on cost, quality, and service.
  • Participate in negotiation processes related to pricing, delivery schedules, commercial terms, and contracts.
  • Request, collect, and compare quotations for materials, products, and services.
  • Support the identification, evaluation, and development of potential suppliers.

Requirements

  • Availability to work the required internship schedule.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • Expected graduation date within one year.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
