Supply Chain Manager

About this role

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Lead and manage the Supply Chain and Operations functions, excluding production and purchasing, to ensure efficient planning, logistics, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution. Drive continuous improvement in line with company values, business objectives, and operational standards to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and services while optimizing cost, efficiency, and customer service.
This role will be based in Shah Alam, Selangor and reporting to Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Supply Chain team of Malaysia and Singapore.

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, customer service, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.

  • Drive supply chain performance to ensure product availability, service excellence, and optimal inventory levels.

  • Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and collaborate with key stakeholders to align business and operational priorities.

  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators related to service levels, forecast accuracy, inventory, logistics, and working capital.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Manage relationships with logistics partners and service providers to ensure reliable and efficient operations.

  • Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements, company policies, and regulatory standards.

  • Provide insights, analysis, and recommendations to support business planning and decision-making.

  • Manage budgets and identify opportunities to improve capacity, operational efficiency, HSE performance, and service levels.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or Manufacturing environments.

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Experience managing 3PL providers, suppliers, and logistics partners.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
