How you will make contributions that matter
 

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Scheduler to join our team at the Laverton ILC. This role is all about planning and coordinating schedules for domestic and export movements across our ILC and 3PL networks. You’ll help make sure everything runs smoothly, on time, and safely, while working closely with internal teams and external partners.

  • Plan and manage schedules for containers and shift tasks, balancing workload with available capacity.
  • Monitor and adjust time slots for inbound and outbound movements to keep operations efficient.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse packing capacity.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, 3PL providers, transport partners, and shipping lines.
  • Check and validate costs to ensure accuracy and control expenses.
  • Promote safe work practices and support a positive, inclusive culture.

 

 

About you

  • Experience in warehousing, logistics, or scheduling.
  • Comfortable using SAP, excel and other IT systems is desirable.
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Commitment to health and safety.

 

This position requires flexibility, including occasional Saturday work, to meet operational needs.
