Azelis Czech Republic is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist EMEA HUB in Prague.

Mission

The Supply Chain Specialist plays a central role in ensuring a seamless, efficient, and customer-focused supply chain experience. The role manages both customer orders and principal purchase orders from creation to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment, operational excellence, and high service standards. Acting as a key link between customers, principals, sales teams, supply planning, procurement and logistics, the Specialist ensures accurate documentation, smooth processes, strong communication and proactive issue resolution.

Main Accountabilities
 

  • Process sales orders and support purchase order processing in D365/ERP systems, resolving deviations related to pricing, quantities, lead times and documentation.
  • Ensure end-to-end follow-up of customer and supplier orders, maintaining accurate data and delivery dates.
  • Coordinate with Supply Planners, Commercial Teams, Local Affiliates and Logistics partners to secure timely and complete deliveries.
  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics activities, including transport, warehousing, import/export and related documentation.
  • Handle customer, supplier, warehouse, forwarder and customs inquiries related to orders and delivery documentation.
  • Track outstanding orders, manage delivery confirmations and propose solutions for delivery deviations.
  • Support cost optimization through shipment consolidation, logistics efficiency and reduction of unnecessary expedited deliveries.
  • Review logistics costs, support invoice verification, accrual management and invoice matching processes.
  • Manage non-conformances, credit notes, re-invoicing activities and support issue resolution with relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist with supplier onboarding, documentation management and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, SHEQ requirements and sustainability commitments.
  • Act as a back-up within the Supply Chain team and contribute to operational excellence and best practice development.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, customer service or related operational roles.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage priorities effectively.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High service level standards and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems; D365 experience is an advantage.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); Czech language at native level is required.
  • Experience in specialty chemical distribution or a regulated industry is an advantage.
  • Supply chain certifications (APICS CPIM/CSCP) are a plus.
