About the role

Provide analytical support to the Supply Chain function through the development of reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights that improve visibility and support operational decision-making.

Utilise analytical tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and provide insights that support supply chain decision-making.

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support supply chain performance monitoring. 
  • Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights that support business decision-making. 
  • Support reporting enhancements and process improvement initiatives through data analysis that improve reporting efficiency and data accessibility. 
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established governance standards. 
  • Assist with training and user adoption of reporting tools and analytical solutions. 
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to share best practices and leverage existing solutions.

About you

  • Degree level qualification
  • Demonstrated experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical role, typically 2–4 years' experience in an analytical, reporting, or supply chain role.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes and key operational performance drivers. 
  • Analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations. 
  • Good experience using Power BI, including dashboard development, reporting and basic data modelling
  • Experience working with ERP systems, databases, and cloud-based data platforms; 
  • Knowledge of automation tools, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and AI-enabled technologies advantageous. 
  • Ability to gather and interpret business requirements and translate them into effective reporting and analytical solutions. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and communicate analytical findings
  • Proactive and continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities to enhance reporting, processes, and decision-making through data.
