Your role at a Glance
As a Supply Planning Assistant in our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational backbone of our growing Supply & Demand Planning function. Your main focus will be maintaining accurate stock, purchase order and supply data, ensuring we have clear visibility of inventory and potential stock risks, by working closely with Procurement, Logistics, Finance and the wider Supply Planning team.
This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail, who is excited to work in a fast-paced, growing start-up with a talented team. Your work will directly impact the availability and flow of stock across our brands and contribute to building a scalable supply planning function. As a newly created role, this is also a great opportunity to help shape how the function develops, with a clear path to progress into Supply Planner and Supply Planning Manager roles as the team grows.
Location & Flexibility
Full-time, permanent role based at our modern office in Holborn, London
40 hours per week, 9am to 6pm with a one-hour lunch
This position is hybrid, with the expectation to go to the office 2 days per week
Key Responsibilities
Track purchase orders and critical path milestones, following up with Procurement and suppliers on delays to help ensure stock arrives on time.
Monitor inventory across suppliers, 3PL warehouses and in-transit stock, highlighting stock-out, overstock and understock risks before they impact availability.
Maintain accurate weekly stock reporting, covering on-hand, on-order and in-production inventory to provide clear visibility of stock health.
Support the Stock & Flow Plan, maintaining sales, stock, intake and projected stock data at component level to help identify future supply requirements.
Coordinate stock movements, transfers and kitting requirements with Procurement, Logistics and 3PL partners, ensuring stock is available where and when needed.
Maintain accurate BOM data and support its migration into NetSuite, working with 3PL partners to ensure component information is complete and reliable.
Support inventory analysis and supply-side decision-making, providing regular stock risk updates and highlighting areas requiring attention.
Prepare data and follow up on actions from cross-functional meetings, working closely with Procurement, Logistics, Finance and Supply Planning.
Identify opportunities to improve reports, processes and ways of working, helping build a more efficient and scalable supply planning function.
About the Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in merchandise planning, inventory, supply chain, or a related analytical role beneficial.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
Strong Excel skills — comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and large datasets.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment as the planning function is built out.
Good communication skills; able to follow up confidently with internal and external stakeholders.

Salary: £30,000 to £34,000 GBP per year
