Support Workers - Co-Care Co-Care is seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, and experienced Support Workers to join our growing team. We are based in Bankstown and provide services across the South-western and Western suburbs of Sydney. About Us Co-Care is a registered NDIS Service Provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support. We help clients living independently in the community with services including domestic assistance, personal care, specialist support, plan management, support coordination, and community access. Our mission is to empower individuals to live fulfilling lives with dignity and independence. About the Role As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their goals and maintain independence. Responsibilities include: • Assisting clients with daily living tasks and maintaining accommodation • Supporting community inclusion and participation • Providing individual psychosocial support • Helping clients build self-management and independent living skills • Working collaboratively with clients to achieve their identified goals • Liaising with service providers to ensure appropriate referrals and supports are in place • This is a casual position with shifts available across a 7-day roster, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
