Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Associate - Cost Management to join our organization in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this senior-level position, you will be responsible for managing project costs, conducting financial analysis, and providing strategic cost control guidance across complex construction projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to lead cost management initiatives while maintaining the highest standards of professional integrity.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Undertakes delivery of complex projects across the full spectrum of cost management activities under minimal direction and while managing a team.  Displays MEP specialist sector knowledge and expertise.
  • Leading client engagement across the portfolio of projects.
  • Accountable for a variety of complex deliverables throughout the lifecycle of multiple projects, generally within an end market sector.
  • Manages the resources across a portfolio of projects, all within the established budgets.
  • Accountable for briefing the team on project scopes to ensure roles and responsibilities are understood.
  • Monitors and manages the performance of direct reports.
  • Ensures all deliverables comply with the PDS.
  • Complies with all QA requirements.
  • Lead the collection, analysis, and maintenance of project benchmarking data.
  • Participates in internal and external networking.    

Qualifications

  • Degree qualified in Mechanical, Electrical or Quantity Survey degree.
  • Minimum 15 years MEP QS work experience, Middle East experience is preferable.
