System Design Engineer (Senior)

We are looking for a Senior System Design Engineer to support enterprise infrastructure design and optimization. The role focuses on networking and security systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability in complex environments Requirements • Translate requirements into system designs • Evaluate design trade-offs and feasibility • Support implementation and deployment • Optimize performance and capacity • Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis • Maintain technical documentation • Drive improvements and innovation • Participate in on-call support Required Skills & Expertise The role requires strong expertise in networking, infrastructure design, and system engineering. Must Have • Experience in system engineering/design • Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiManager) • SD-WAN, BGP, IPsec VPN • Firewall policy design • LAN (Aruba / Cisco switching) • Wireless (Aruba AP, AirWave) • TCP/IP fundamentals • Monitoring and logging tools • High availability systems • English communication skills Should Have • Aruba Central • Capacity and performance optimization • Enterprise infrastructure experience • Automation or scripting Nice to Have • Banking domain experience • Security frameworks • Cloud networking exposure
