Learning and Development specialist to assist with the rollout of WFS (Workforce Software)
Key responsibilities:
Learning
- Identify, assess and respond to Project SAPphire training and capability development needs.
- Develop and deliver learning initiatives that support the implementation of Project SAPphire.
- Own and continuously improve the learning syllabus and supporting processes.
- Develop learning materials, which may include e-learning modules, videos, presentations, quick reference guides, posters, toolbox talks and operational training documentation.
- Deliver virtual training sessions across all identified ServiceStream sites for Project SAPphire to support the successful adoption of change initiatives. Face-to-face training may be required in some circumstances.
- Partner with the project, senior leaders and site leaders to forge strong working relationships and identify gaps or issues that require remediation or initiate process improvement.
- Monitor training participation and competence requirements across the workforce.
- Produce learning analytics and reporting to stakeholders on a need basis.
Stakeholder Management
- Engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from frontline teams to senior executives.
- Confidently manage upwards, providing clear, honest advice and progress updates.
- Act as a trusted intermediary between business, project teams, vendors, and operational leaders.
Communications
- Assist in developing clear, practical communications for diverse audiences.
- Translate technical or system changes into simple, relevant messages for end users including mediums that will work most appropriately for a specific cohort, i.e. instructional guides, quick reference guides, video’s and the like.
- Support delivery of briefings, FAQs, and change updates.
