工作职责
1.协助完成实习生招聘全流程，包括简历筛选、面试安排及录用跟进，保障招聘效率。
2. 负责招聘系统的简历信息维护与数据更新，确保人才库的准确性与完整性。
3. 参与内部推荐活动的物料制作，如设计宣传文案、制作PPT等，提升招聘渠道影响力。
4. 整理并制作各类人事表格，完成员工信息归档与数据统计工作。
5. 配合部门同事完成其他人力资源相关事务性工作，支持团队日常运营。
任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，2027届毕业生，人力资源管理、工商管理等相关专业优先。
2. 每周可实习3天以上，能连续出勤4个月及以上，保证工作稳定性。
3. 熟练使用Excel、PPT等办公软件，具备基础的数据处理与文档制作能力。
4. 工作细致耐心，有良好的沟通表达能力与团队协作意识。
