Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing candidates to onboarding coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent stakeholder management, and experience hiring for multiple business functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and create sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job portals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS (Keka) regularly.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.
- Follow up with candidates until onboarding and joining.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Generate recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and pipeline updates.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely closures.
- Participate in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives when required.
Required Skills
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other hiring platforms.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and interview coordination.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with an ATS (preferably Keka or similar).
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Experience hiring for Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, or Corporate roles is preferred.
- Experience in a startup or product-based company will be an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Hiring for Android, iOS, Backend, Frontend, QA, Product, Performance Marketing, UI/UX, Data, Finance, HR, and Operations roles.
- Experience with recruitment metrics and hiring dashboards.
- Exposure to employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
