The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Graduate, you will join our recruitment team and gain practical experience across the full recruitment lifecycle.

You will support the team in sourcing and attracting talent across a wide range of engineering, construction, corporate and specialist roles while developing your understanding of recruitment best practice, candidate engagement and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities across the full candidate lifecycle.
  • Assist with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
  • Support the creation and publication of job adverts.
  • Assist with candidate screening and interview coordination.
  • Maintain accurate applicant and recruitment records.
  • Support candidate communication and engagement.
  • Assist with recruitment reporting and talent pipeline development.
  • Support careers events and employer branding initiatives.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good written communication skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital platforms.
  • Proactive, positive and willing to learn.
