About this role
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and job specifications with hiring managers.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Search and identify candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain and update the candidate pipeline and ATS.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns when required.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar role.
- Fluent English is a MUST.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
- Good command of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Experience with ATS platforms is a plus.
