Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 4–6 years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing both campus and lateral hiring, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering with business stakeholders to meet hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for campus and lateral hiring.
- Drive hiring for technical and non-technical roles across the organization.
- Plan and execute campus recruitment initiatives with engineering colleges, universities, and premier institutes.
- Coordinate placement drives, pre-placement talks, assessments, interviews, and offer rollouts.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial HR discussions, and coordinate technical interviews.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent within timelines.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus engagement activities.
Required Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in IT recruitment with exposure to both campus and lateral hiring.
- Experience hiring for Cloud, Data, AI, DevOps, Software Development, or related technology roles.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating interviews and managing recruitment operations.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Good understanding of recruitment KPIs and hiring processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- Experience working in the IT Services, Cloud, or Technology industry is an advantage.
