Talent Attraction Specialist

As a Talent Attraction Specialist at Amoria Bond, you'll help people take the next step in their sales and recruitment careers while working towards clear targets and KPIs. It's a people-focused role with a commercial edge, combining recruitment, networking, sales and relationship building.

 

You'll help us find and hire the people who drive our business forward. In other words: you'll recruit the recruiters!

 

This isn't a traditional corporate recruitment role. You'll work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where networking, headhunting and candidate engagement are a big part of your day. You'll have clear KPIs, plenty of ownership and the opportunity to earn commission based on your performance.

What You’ll Do

• 🕵️ Find great talent – Identify and approach potential candidates through LinkedIn, networking and other sourcing channels.
• 💬 Engage & advise candidates – Speak with people about their ambitions, understand what motivates them and introduce them to a potential career with Amoria Bond.
• 🤝 Own your recruitment process – Manage candidates from first contact and qualification through interviews, offer negotiations and onboarding.
• 📈 Work towards clear KPIs – Recruitment is a numbers game as well as a people business. You'll work with activity and results-based targets around sourcing, conversations, interviews and hires.
• 💡 Sell the opportunity – Represent Amoria Bond to candidates and confidently explain why joining our business could be the right next career move for them.
• 🌱 Build your own network – Develop a strong pipeline of future talent and become an expert in identifying people with the potential to succeed in recruitment.

Who Are We Looking For?

Ideally, you already have at least 1 year of full-time recruitment experience and understand what it takes to engage candidates, build relationships and manage a recruitment process. Whether your experience comes from agency or internal recruitment, we're looking for someone who wants to take that foundation into a faster-paced environment.

• At least 1 year of full-time recruitment experience is desired
• Ambitious, proactive and comfortable working towards KPIs and targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable proactively approaching candidates through LinkedIn and by phone
• A commercial mindset and motivation to achieve measurable results
• Fluent English plus Dutch or German at C1/C2 level
• Settled in (proximity of) Amsterdam
