Job Summary

The Talent Development Lead plays a critical role in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences and managing high-potential talent pipelines across Marina Bay Sands. The role combines data-driven talent insights, strong stakeholder influence, and expert facilitation to elevate leadership capability. The ideal candidate drives end-to-end talent processes, from frameworks and assessment to development journeys and measurable impact.
Job Responsibilities
Leadership Development & Facilitation
Lead the facilitation of leadership, management, service culture, and professional development programmes across all levels.
Deliver engaging, high-impact learning experiences using adult learning methodologies and experiential learning approaches.
Facilitate workshops, action learning projects, talent forums, assessment centres, leadership retreats, and team effectiveness interventions.
Establish credibility with operational leaders and senior stakeholders as a trusted learning partner.
Learning Design & Capability Building
Design and develop leadership development curricula, learning journeys, toolkits, facilitator guides, and participant materials.
Translate business priorities into practical learning solutions that address capability gaps.
Incorporate leadership frameworks, service culture principles, and future-ready skills into learning interventions.
Drive continuous improvement through learner feedback, programme evaluations, and business outcomes.
High-Potential Talent & Succession Development
Manage flagship high-potential programmes or future talent acceleration initiatives.
Partner HRBPs and leaders to identify, assess, and develop high-potential talent.
Coordinate talent reviews, talent assessments, career development planning, mentoring, coaching, and stretch assignments.
Monitor participant progress and programme effectiveness.
Support succession planning efforts by strengthening leadership pipelines and bench strength.
Organizational Development
Support organizational development initiatives focused on leadership effectiveness, culture transformation, team development, and employee engagement.
Facilitate team effectiveness workshops, leadership alignment sessions, and change management interventions.
Contribute to competency framework development, talent architecture, career pathways, and workforce capability initiatives.
Leverage OD methodologies and diagnostic tools to identify organizational capability opportunities.
Measurement & Talent Insights
Establish success measures and KPIs for learning and talent initiatives.
Analyze programme effectiveness through NPS, application metrics, leadership feedback, talent progression, and business outcomes.
Generate actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Present talent development impact and ROI findings to senior stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Learning & Development or related field.
Experience
5-8 years of experience in talent development/management or learning & development within complex, service‑intensive environments; hospitality or integrated resort experience is advantageous.
Experience in curriculum design and programme facilitation across leadership and professional skills programs.
Exposure to high-potential or leadership development programmes is strongly preferred.
Other Prerequisites
Strong instructional design and learning architecture skills.

Ability to translate business needs into practical development solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Project management capability with attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate programme impact.
